One thing I love about winter is being able to wear ski hats. The down side is it usually covers my brows to which i usually fill in, and don't want to be smudged or wiped off by the hat. I also don't like taking the hat off with my brow hairs going in every direction. So here is my tip for smug and budge proof brows.
- First I use a waxy textured pencil to fill in my brows. The waxy texture will help it from smudging off. I like to apply the pencil to an angled brush and use the brush to fill in my brows
- Then I comb through my brows with a clear brow gel to set the pencil and keep the hairs in place.
