Cream gel eyeshadow for long-lasting shimmery metallic shades
Smooth, Bold Metallic Shades
24HR wear cream gel formula for smooth application
Maybelline.com description.
After hitting up some photos of swatches online the only colors that I was interested in were Inked in Pink and Electric blue. The silver and gold shades seemed really spotty and grainy glittery.
This collection is describes as being Metallic, but the two shades that I got don't come off as metallic to me they are more of a pearl or a shimmer. The fact that they are not metallic doesn't bother me because they are still really nice shades but if your going to describe a collection as metallic they should be what you say they are.

Wet N Wild Comfort Zone Pallet REVIEW & FOTD
Last week Rite Aid had a buy 1 get 1 50% off sale on Wet N Wild makeup so I picked up a few pallets that I had been meaning to try. Two pallets for $7.49 I couldn't pass it up especially after winning 20$ on a scratch off ticket the day before.

Wet N' Wild Cool As A Cucumber Pallet REVIEW & FOTD
last week I was feeling pretty down and in need of some makeup retail therapy so I headed to the drug store. Not much caught my eye of anything that I needed or wanted except this Wet N' Wild Cool As A Cucumber Pallet. I thought hey here are some nice fall colors. I'm sucking every last bit of fall out that I can... it's supposed to snow today, Boo. I'm not ready for the cold weather.

FOTD: Sayanythingbr00ke's Royal Drama Eyeshadow
The other day I was catching up on my YouTube subscriptions and watched Sayanythingbr00ke do this amazingly bright blue eye and I had to try it out! I'll never know why I don't wear blue eyeshadow more often it's so muck fun. Lashes on the other hand are the bane of my existence. maybe someday I will be able to apply them easily and make them look good. I guess it's going to take a lot of bad practice to get it right.

NYC New York Color IndividualEyes Custom Compact REVIEW
NYC New York Color's all-in-one compact gives you everything you need
for a complete eye look: primer, illuminator, applicator and
complementing shadows. With four vibrant colors designed for your eye
color, you can create a look as individual as you are!
Influenster description.
The color that I received in my Influenster VoxBox was 0156-08 Dark Shadow. I like the concept of having a primer included in the pallet of eyeshadows it makes it convenient.

FOTD Orange and Purple Cat Eyes
Ahh finally played with some color today. It's so nice to pull myself out of my I'm rushing to work neutral rut. I'm really liking the contrast of the orange juxtaposed with the purple. I will never loose the love of complementary colors.

L'Oreal paris Infallible 24 HR Eye Shadow Review
L'Oreal's claims
- Intense maximized color
- Luxurious powder-cream texture
- 24-hour long-lasting hold
- Waterproof, crease resistant, fade resistant
These come in 12 shades. Most are shimmery neutrals there are a few more colorful colors like blue, green and purple.
I have heard that theses are a good drugstore dupe for the Armani Eyes To kill eyeshadows, but that is probably due to the fact that they are both under the same parent company and use similar formulas. So if you were looking to try the Armani shadows but not at the $32 price this might be a better way to go. As for what I think of the L'Oral Infallible 24 HR shadows.....

Would I purchase other shades? No, I think that it's not worth the nearly $10 for one color that is hard to work with and does not hold up.

Too Faced In Your Dreams Pallet Review
Silk Stalkings, La Cage, Rapture, Wanna Play?, Give It up
Pink Peacock, Swing, Fishnet, Girly Show, Pink Ice
Full Moon, Dream On, Seduce, You Hold The Key, Heat On
The shadows are nicely pigmented with a velvety texture. All of the eyeshadows have either a metallic or a shimmer. I would of liked to see one or two matte shadows in the mix. I also found the colors in the first two rows to be fairly similar. All three bushes are very wearable for everyday. The lip colors are sheer and glossy with a smooth non-sticky texture. Over all I really like this pallet. I think it's a great pallet of makeup beginners and everyday looks.

Let me start by saying I’m a sucker for purple eyeshadow,
and these did not disappoint. The shadows were nicely pigmented. They have a
soft and smooth texture and blended well. All of the shadows have a shimmer to
them, the lightest shade on the bottom is more of a frost. I found the glitter
shade interesting; it has silver and rainbow holographic glitter which looks a
little drastic in the pallet but when blended out is a really pretty glitter. I
like how the shadows can go from a day to night look just by adding the glitter
on top of the look. I enjoy the mix of purples with a grape shade and a plum/
wine shade and the lighter shades on more of the pink side.

Ancient Egyptian Art Inspired Tutorial
Recently I was playing around with
my makeup and tried the color combination of torques blue and gold shimmer on
my eyes and it reminded me of the death mask of King Tutankhamen. I
decided to make a look inspired by Ancient Egyptian art. I incorporated some
aspect from the bust of Nefertiti like the berry colored lips and awesome sun
kissed cheekbones. Of course I couldn’t forget the famous lined eyes but with a
twist.
This look could be worn for a night
out or if your daring like me as a day look. I would also be great for
Halloween if you’re going as Cleopatra.
